Privacy Policy

Learn how the Appfly website handles visit data, support messages, and cookie choices, and how to contact us about your privacy rights.

This policy covers the public website at appfly.dev, messages you send to its contact email, and the Enterprise enquiry form. Appfly is based in Seattle, Washington, United States. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

The Appfly application at fly.appfly.dev is a separate service. This website policy does not describe how app accounts, payments, uploads, AI requests, or App Store Connect credentials are handled. Ask us for the application’s privacy information before sharing personal or confidential data there.

Information handled by this website

When you visit, your browser sends technical information needed to deliver a page. This can include your IP address, requested URL, browser details, and the time of the request. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, handles requests to deliver and protect the website. Its handling of personal information is described in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

The website currently includes no optional analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts, images, and interactive demos are served with the site.

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you include. We use that information to reply, help with your request, and keep a record of the conversation where needed. Please do not send passwords, API keys, or sensitive personal information.

If you send the Enterprise enquiry form, we receive the answers you enter: your name, work email, company name and size, your use case, and your requirements and timing. The form sends them to Google Forms, a service operated by Google, where we read them. Google’s handling of that information is described in Google’s Privacy Policy. Please do not put passwords, API keys, or sensitive personal information in the form.

Why information is used

We use website request information to deliver pages, keep the website working, and protect it from abuse. We use messages and Enterprise enquiries to answer questions, reply with a proposal, and provide support.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, our interests in running a secure website and responding to enquiries support these uses. A request about buying or using a service may also involve steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. Optional services, if added, require your consent through Cookies & Privacy.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. This website’s consent control uses a cookie named consent-settings only when you save a choice. It remembers your choice for 31 days and applies only to this website. It does not sign you into the Appfly application.

Google Analytics is an optional service. It is on by default: until you reject it, your browser loads Google’s analytics code and sends usage data (such as pages viewed) to Google. You can turn it off at any time in Cookies & Privacy. The cookie settings control is available in the footer. Any other optional services will be listed there.

You can reopen Cookies & Privacy to change your choice. Rejecting a previously allowed service reloads the page to stop its code. Your browser settings also let you remove cookies. Removing the consent cookie clears your saved choice. Required hosting or security features may operate separately from optional services.

Who receives information

Website requests are handled by our hosting provider. Messages are handled through the email services used to send and receive them. Enterprise enquiries are received through Google Forms. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law or to respond to a valid legal request.

If you follow a link to GitHub, documentation, the Appfly application, or another website, that destination receives your request and its own privacy practices apply. Do not post private information in public GitHub issues.

How long information is kept

The consent cookie expires after 31 days. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer the request, handle follow-up questions, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. Hosting and security records are handled under the provider’s applicable retention practices. Contact us if you need details about a particular record.

International processing

Appfly is based in the United States, and website and email providers may process information in other countries. The location and protections for that processing depend on the provider and service involved. Contact us for information relevant to your request.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. You can withdraw consent for optional website services through Cookies & Privacy. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Email [email protected] to make a privacy request. Tell us what you need and which information your request concerns. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is intended for app developers and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the website’s privacy practices change. The date at the top shows the latest update. If we add optional services, we will describe them in Cookies & Privacy before asking you to allow them.
