Terms and Conditions

Read the terms for using the Appfly website, including acceptable use, ownership of site content, third-party links, and how to contact us.

These terms cover the public website at appfly.dev, operated under the name Appfly in Seattle, Washington, United States. Contact us at [email protected].

Using this website

You may browse the website, explore the product demos, and use the information to learn about Appfly. Do not use the website to break the law, interfere with other visitors, distribute harmful code, or try to access systems without permission.

Website content

Appfly and its licensors own the website design, branding, text, and demo assets, except where another owner is identified. You may share links to our pages. Other use of our materials requires permission unless the law allows it.

Product demos show examples of what you can make. They are not a promise of a particular result for your app.

The Appfly application

The application at fly.appfly.dev is separate from this public website. These website terms do not set subscription, renewal, refund, or account rules. Review the terms presented when you sign up or purchase a plan, and contact us if those terms are not available.

Appfly helps developers prepare launch assets. You are responsible for checking your assets, AI-generated content, store listings, and compliance with platform rules. Nothing is submitted to Apple unless you choose to submit it; you remain responsible for each submission.

Our website links to the Appfly application, documentation, GitHub, and other services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you visit them. A link does not mean we control or guarantee their content or availability.

Availability and accuracy

We may update the website and its content. We try to keep product information accurate, but errors and interruptions can happen. Check the current plan details before buying, and contact us if something is unclear.

To the extent allowed by law, this website is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to limit.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled on this website and when you contact us. We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. It is on by default and sets cookies, and you can turn it off at any time using Cookies & Privacy in the footer.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
